Taco Bandido in Saint Joseph

Good food

I had the taco salad and a diet Pepsi. The Pepsi was the only thing I enjoyed.

I got combination plate and it was really good

This is one of those places where you can say it is nothing fancy but the food is really good. The drive in was only available due to COVID 19 and you have to honk to get the attention of the order taker but I guess that is part of their charm. The drive in menu arrangement is not super obvious but it can be figured out easily. I had the beefy nachos and a cheesy enchilada and enjoyed it. I will be back, glad I went.

I love this place. They have wonderful food. It fills you up its Clean and friendly. It has a. Cozy environment. Plus I've been going there for years and I would difenately refer other people to go and eat there

Excellent little place. Fed my son and I for $10. Very satisfied!!! Will return!!!

Not my taste. Enchiladas were covered in a sweet sauce, everything else covered in canned cheese.

We HIGHLY recommend Taco Bandido & would give it 6 stars if we could. We go there at least once any time we come back to St. Joseph. We like the price, quality, & variety of the food choices there & the service has always been fine, too.

Taco Bandido is the bomb they put meat on their tacos not like Taco Bell or taco John's where they put little meat but lot of cheese and lettuce

Have enjoyed coming here my whole life. Slightly outdated but adds to its local charm. Decent food and the price isn't terrible either. The iced tea is terrible though.

Always has great food.Shells are fried in store.My favorite is the sombrero salad.

This place has lost its touch the taco burger was my favorite item to get it was awful after two bites i gotta ask weres the beef. And the up keep on this building suck this place reminds me of a dirty bar that serves food thru the day wont be going back it 2019 and this build is stuck in the 90s

We had excellent service yesterday ordering and waiting for our (to go) meal. There seems to be a taco deal for every day of the week. As always we had yummy tacos and the whole fam was pleased.

The first few times I went there it was rough, I has some bowel movements that I still need to see both a physical therapist and a mental health professional about. After I bought new underwear and regained my strength after the surgeries I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly. Once you get past all the terrible things the food does to your body you find that it is not only tasty, but helps keep your immune system strong too. I became immune to the common cold, all forms of hepatitis, and I haven't gotten leprosy from my pet armadillos since I started eating there. Taco Bandido has been a wonderful help to my life and I love getting their hard shell tacos, not only because they taste great, but I can also get enough grease off three tacos to start a brush fire. Really great place, can't recommend it enough!

My 4 yr. Grandson loves the food. But one time they give the adequate amount of rice on his platter the next time he only gets not even half of that he loves the place but pricing is a little high

This place is the best restaurant in the north end, hands down. My favorite is the tostada combo. They're pretty slow, and higher priced than what one would expect, but it's worth it.

Love taco bandito. Proprietor is very nice and keeps the place clean. Daily specials and different menu options are available. But watch for the up charge for little things. Good new seating and open area for larger parties if necessary to bring the family.

The have excellent tacos and chicken strips

Great hole in the wall Mexican restaurant. Was there for the Monday soft tacos special (99¢ a taco). Their soft tacos are very good and filled just enough not to spill over. Also had their special meat & potatoes burrito. Also fairly affordable ($4.49). Again filled just enough not to spill over – very hard to do. There seems to be more seats than parking. Consider your options. While they do accept credit cards, probably better to use cash instead.

My favorite fast Mex!!

I have always loved taco bandit. Love love love there tenderloins. But the resteraunt is dirty and very out dated and the girl behind the counter acted as if she didn't know what she was doing which I would have understood had she been new. I ask she wasn't! And she looked like a clown with her blindingly bright orange red lip stick.
